- Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients.
- Conduct research on complex tax issues and develop strategic solutions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates.
- Assist in tax audits and represent clients before tax authorities as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and industry trends.
- Mentor and supervise junior staff accountants.

- Manage phone lines, direct calls, and handle client inquiries.
- Schedule client meetings and maintain the office calendar.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, ensuring documents are easily accessible.
- Assist in preparing client tax documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including email correspondence.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with data entry and update client records in the database.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and receipts.
- Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects.
